How to register for a class

The following information should be e-mailed to . A coordinator will follow up with you via email and send you an invoice for the tuition cost of $80.

Please Note: You do not need to provide contact information for your court, attorney, or PO. Providing attorney/PO information is completely optional.

  1. The date of the panel you wish to attend
  2. First name, middle initial, and last name
  3. Email address
  4. Date of birth
  5. A phone number where you can be reached
  6. OPTIONAL: The name of the court if you have it, but this is not required
  7. OPTIONAL: Case number or citation number if you have it, but this is not required.
  8. OPTIONAL: Contact information your attorney or PO if you have it, but this is not required. Please note: You do not need to provide attorney or PO contact information

Payment information

We use Square payment systems to send you an invoice for the panel tuition. Square payments offer several ways to pay an invoice: with your credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If you have lost your Certificate of Completion and need a copy, please email us at , or call us with the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. The approximate date you attended the panel
  3. A phone number and/or e-mail where you can be reached

We will call you and arrange to deliver a copy of your completion certificate via e-mail. Please note that there is an additional charge for this copy of your certificate.

About The Victims Panel

The Seattle King County DUI Victims Panel helps you take responsibility for your actions in a non-judgmental forum. We give you the opportunity to hear the stories of real victims of drunk driving, giving you a new perspective on your DUI case that you may not get elsewhere in the legal system.

Our program is non-judgmental and strictly confidential. We understand that everyone makes mistakes. Rest assured that we are not here to judge. We are here to help you understand the potential consequences of DUI before you are involved in a serious accident.
