King County DUI Victims Panel 2025 Schedule and Information
Welcome to the King County 2025 DUI Victims Panel! Do you need to attend a Washington State DUI Victim
Impact Panel? We're here to help you find the information you're looking for.

The cost of the class is $80. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
2025 Available class dates. All of the dates listed below are available. You
must pre-register by calling 253.520.8583 or
email us at mail@duivp.org

A coordinator will follow up with you via email and send you an invoice for the tuition cost of $80.
Please Note: You do not need to provide contact information for your court, attorney, or PO.
Providing attorney/PO information is completely optional.

OPTIONAL: The name of the court if you have it, but this is not required
OPTIONAL: Case number or citation number if you have it, but this is not required.
OPTIONAL: Contact information your attorney or PO if you have it, but this is not required.

Payment information
We use Square payment systems to send you an
invoice for the panel tuition. Square payments offer several ways to pay an invoice:
with your credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Panel Information
The panels will be conducted using Zoom Video Conferencing software.
We will send you the meeting invite, which includes all details needed to join the meeting via ZOOM,
after we receive payment. The ZOOM software is free to download and used
for all participants of the panel.
Here is the link to download Zoom. Please remember,
you only need to sign up for the Basic Plan (which is 100% free).
Personal Conduct Information
When you participate in a panel, the following personal conduct rules apply.
Note that we cannot make exceptions to these rules.
You must log in to the meeting no later than the published start time
You must log in with a computer or cell phone that has a video camera
You must be present for the entire duration of the class
The camera must be on for the duration of the class
After you have attended a panel
After you have attended the panel, we will send an electronic copy of proof of
attendance to you.
Note that it is your responsibility to provide a copy of your form to the court and/or your attorney.
The Seattle King County DUI Victims Panel helps you take responsibility for your actions in a
non-judgmental forum. We give you the opportunity to hear the stories of real victims of drunk driving,
giving you a new perspective on your DUI case that you may not get elsewhere in the legal system.
Our program is non-judgmental and strictly confidential. We understand that everyone makes mistakes.
Rest assured that we are not here to judge. We are here to help you understand the potential
consequences of DUI before you are involved in a serious accident.
You may have thought that getting a DUI was the worst thing that could have happened,
but when you hear the stories of real victims of drunk driving crashes, we hope that you will
see your DUI as a life-changing experience that will inspire you to change your life for the better.
It is our hope that listening to the stories of real DUI victims will change your life,
and you will never again drink and drive. We are here to help you reconsider the
direction that your life is headed, so that you never drink and drive again.
